The sprawling residence is designed as solid blocks floating in the air accommodating the deep semi open sit out (verandah) beneath, thus providing a much needed relief from the south Sun. The rhythm of the boxes is further carried forward by the cantilevered MS pergolas acting as a parasol for the lower floors. As the south direction enjoys the maximum sunlight, hence there is a play of sciographies through out the day. A balcony in the centre has been designed as a sit out for the upper floor.
