An interesting commercial project. This has been designed to have a play of spaces, visual connection among the floors, a feeling of awe and free flow of the spaces. The circulation spaces, the staircases and the atrium have been kept open and visible from the road to enhance the visual connection, permeability and the visual appeal. The boxy form of the building is interrupted by these elements creating an interest along with imparting a sense of transparency to the building. The dominant cuboid forming the frontage, houses the multiplex and the food court within.
